RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

In accordance with our return policy, returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the item's purchase and receipt. Please note that items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

We offer returns and refunds under the following circumstances: if the item is damaged upon arrival, if the wrong product is received, or if the product does not arrive.

If you have received a damaged item or the wrong product, kindly send us a picture of the item. Once we receive your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

If you have not received your refund yet, we suggest checking your bank account, contacting your credit card company, or contacting your bank, as there may be some processing time before your refund is posted. Cancellation Policy

Acceptance of Cancellation: Cancellation requests are subject to approval. Requests received within the 30-minute window will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is successful.

Non-Refundable After 30 Minutes: Please be aware that we are unable to accept cancellations beyond the 30-minute window. Once this period has elapsed, your order will have been processed and cannot be cancelled.
